We’re currently looking for a passionate, experienced IT Architect and Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
As IT Architecture and Operations Coordinator, you will be actively involved in the development and ongoing performance of our IT infrastructure across the site. With a focus on reliability, scalability, and cyber security, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of all business-critical systems and networks. You’ll work closely with all departments to support operations, mitigate risk, and implement forward-thinking technology solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of IT infrastructure services that are secure, adaptable, and cost-effective
- Manage cyber security measures including server, client and proxy (TrendMicro)
- Lead the design and management of Entra/Active Directory
- Support licensing, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IT infrastructure
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Participate in an after-hours roster for critical IT support when needed

What you need to succeed:
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals and infrastructure architecture

- Experience in cyber security, firewall management and risk mitigation planning
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, people-first approach
- Proven ability to manage projects and support operational needs
- Experience supporting diverse users from executive to operational levels
- Basic financial acumen and vendor management experience
